Lolita Futerman (Chaprak) is a visual artist and documentary photographer based in Israel.Working across photography and printed forms, she examines personal and collective histories shaped by Soviet terror, the aftermath of armed conflict, and the presence of death in everyday life.
Her practice begins with personal story — documents, fragments of memory — and translates them into visual and material form. For her, photography is a way of communicating with the world and an opportunity to reflect on the heavy and tragic events that shape our reality.
From 2024 to 2025, she was a member of Particles, a group of émigré artists.
